Lola Haag 은 대부분의 활동을
캘리포니아에서 하고있지만 위스콘신 출신입니다
롤라는 재즈 녹음을 시작하고 재즈 가수가 되기 전에
미국의 뮤지컬 극장가 에서"왕과 나" "카멜롯" 등의
많은 뮤지칼에 주인공으로 출연하였으며.
10세 이상의 아동 및 청소년을 위한 연극을 연출하며
어린이들의 노래와 연극을 가르치치기도 했습니다.
이 기간 동안,
롤라는 가수와 연예인으로 숙련된 기술을 쌓을 수 있었고
캘리포니아 전 지역의 째즈 클럽에서
이제까지 재즈 클럽에 기록 된 가장 위대한 음악가들-
콜 포터, 스티비 원더, 거쉰, 빌리 조엘, 엘링턴의 음악에 접근하여
레코딩할 수 있는 기회를 얻기도 하였지요
현재까지도 Lola Haag 과 그녀의 재즈 앙상블은
뉴욕에서 캘리포니아까지 재즈 클럽에서 지속적으로
연주활동을 하고 있습니다
